What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Driving continuous improvement activities
• Monitor Grunenthal´s Business system (GOBS) progress and participate in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans
• Work with sites & training teams to deliver targeted OPEX training and demonstrate use of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts
• Organize events/workshops to drive knowledge transfer and sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices
• Develop presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendations
• Support standardization of processes and continuous improvement training materials

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Completed bachelor degree in a related field and several years of professional experience in the production environment (Master degree is a plus)
• Project Management Experience
• Advanced experience in driving OPEX transformations, Lean & Six Sigma Projects and TPM deployment to improve safety, quality, service, and cost
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification recommended
• Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills
• Fluent in English and German
